Our story
In 2013, Weil and Mickael crossed paths in China, marking the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey.
By 2017, they ventured into e-commerce, quickly realizing the challenges businesses faced: sourcing quality products, cost reduction, logistics management, customs, and communication.
Drawing from this experience, we subsequently founded WM-Sourcing to address the specific needs of each business and optimize their value chain.
With our expertise and strong network, we can provide tailor-made solutions to support our clients in their growth, both online and offline.

Our Team
Weil HE
Co-founder WM-Sourcing
Weil began his career by obtaining a Master’s degree in Finance in France between 1998 and 2003. He then worked as an international metal buyer for 12 years, from 2003 to 2015. In 2015, he launched his own cosmetics brand and later ventured into e-commerce in partnership with Mickael, whom he had met in China in 2013.
Drawing on their success, they founded WM-sourcing, a company specialized in sourcing services. Throughout his journey, Weil has navigated various industries and demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit.
Impressively, Weil possesses strong linguistic skills, being fluent in Chinese, French, and English.
Mickaël BENAISSA
Co-founder WM-Sourcing
Holding a Master’s degree in Real Estate Asset Management, Mickael has built a strong expertise in the commercial real estate sector. Specializing in asset management and project coordination, he has held key positions within major companies in this industry.
In parallel, in 2017, Mickael seized an entrepreneurial opportunity by partnering with Weil, whom he had met in China in 2013, to launch an e-commerce business. Their collaboration led to the creation of WM-Sourcing, a company dedicated to facilitating purchases in China for other businesses by overcoming obstacles and providing sourcing and logistics solutions.
Mickael is fluent in French, Spanish, and English.
Shumin WU
Director WM-Sourcing
With a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Guangdong University, specialized in international commerce, Shumin has been serving as the Operations Director within our teams for the past 5 years.
She joined our company after working at Banggood, where she successfully developed several high-performing products for sales on Amazon.
She possesses expertise in product selection, market analysis, and marketing strategies, as well as demonstrated leadership skills evidenced by academic distinctions and her social engagement.
Jiaming HUANG
Global Manager WM-Sourcing
Vinson is a graduate of the Guangdong Polytechnic Institute of Communication with a specialization in Internet Application Technology.
For the past five years, he has held the position of Operations Manager within our E-Commerce team.
He possesses advanced expertise in market analysis and an in-depth understanding of logistics and the rules governing sellers on marketplaces such as Amazon.
Since joining our company, he has effectively applied his skills and professional experience.
Zijian GAO
Logistic Manager WM-Sourcing
Zijian holds a bachelor’s degree from Guangdong Baiyun University, where she specialized in English.
She gained experience working in the operational department on marketplaces.
With her logistics skills, she joined our team three years ago.
